I read the book then google earthed it. and then i went to this thing where it hd pictures of cool stuff taken from the sky - the monkey was there. my dad was surprised that i knew about them.

you know me, (well, maybe not that well) i think of things in books to be real. to find out something from a book is real, then i get scared out of my mind.

I think it was very cleaver how AH took actual "myths" and turned them into his own.
They do appear in Evil Star and after reading the book, look at the actual lines is quite scary at the resemblance to AH version

i thought that it was educational to talk about the nasca lines. they're real and with this knowledge, you can entertain people with it. there is also a lot of educational material in anthony's other books

I know, I love that too. After I read about the Nazca Lines I started talking about them and like everyone I know didn't know wht they were. Even my teachers!

people dont expect authors to take in real stuff into their stories
I really loved the way he did that. It made the whole story seem even more true ^.^
