It's not a nice summer when it's cold and windy....

Oh, it drizzled all day for us..
IT'S ON ASPIRIN. I MADE SOME IN OCTOBER AND TESTED IT AND NOW I HAVE TO WRITE UP WHAT I DID AND ANALYSE IT AND EVALUATE IT. I'VE NEARLY WRITTEN IT ALL UP...
You made aspirin? THAT IS SO COOL!

No, I don't think you do. British droughts have people dying in their cars from flooding and have rain for eight days straight. OH, but today it's clear! Well. It's a white cloud everywhere with no blue sky. But no rain..

We'e had quite nice weather here for the past few days - it has gotten a little chilly at times, but otherwise, really nice

Well, I'm horrible right now.
I went into the city yesterday to hang out with my friends, and I managed to twist my knee so badly that I couldn't walk. The first aid guys at the mall we were in called an ambulance for me, so at least I got to ride in one of those for the first time ever...
The doctors think I tore a bursa (those liquid sac things in knees) so that should heal up on its own over time. They x-rayed my knee, so at least I know I there's nothing wrong with the actual bones. However, if it doesn't get better then I'll have to get an MRI so they can find out exactly what's wrong and fix it.
Meanwhile, I'm walking around on crutches for the foreseeable future. :(
EDIT- Warning for those who haven't yet voted in the Horowards; I'll be closing up shop soon, so you'd better hurry up!

I only have to bother finding out exactly what went wrong if it doesn't get better, and I can move it a little more than I could yesterday, so hopefully that's a sign that what I did wasn't too bad.
Really don't want to have to get an MRI...

Not really, but they say if I don't improve a fair bit by the end of the week I should go and organise an MRI.

Ouchy, that sounds painful... how did you twist it?
Argh, so my coursework, I stayed up ALL NIGHT to do it and fell asleep so skipped the morning of school to finish, saw my teacher, he said Oh, I can't mark it, hand it in Tuesday, yeah?
... Not impressed.
At least I've done the most of it, though

In a completely non-epic way.
I was getting up from a beanbag and tried to turn around as I put all my weight on one knee. Suddenly big crunching sound and pain and whoops I can no longer unbend my leg.
