Hey, welcome to the resurrection of our sacred Attic. In order to keep things running smoothly, we have a few house rules that will be the foundations to the topic.

Basically, they are as follows-

-We're young, relatively free, smart, wear awesome pants and therefore have the right to show our flair in the Attic.
-But because we don't want to get sick of each other, we probably shouldn't (that being we definitely can't) post things that are absolutely useless i.e. "HEY! Bye!"
-Basically it's about as simple as following our very own slightly creepy mantra, Thou shalt make comments that are both witty, and meaty (ARRR).

What am I trying to say?
Say whatever you please (provided that it's within the rules) and isn't considered spam. Try write as much as possible without waffling, and be sure to enjoy yourself in a way that won't get the topic sent off to Mount Doom.



There is also one very important thing for you to remember: if we see the quality of the posts in other topics decrease because of certain attic habits you may acquire, then the Attic may be removed.

Uh, should be some quotes included from the past attic, but I couldn't be bothered and I'm sure you'll get through it.
Hello, Ary!!

And indeed I did enjoy Nicaragua. We used machetes. It was AMAZING. (although there were a few scary moments where my friend Tom swung the machete.. and let go.) And we painted a school.... WE WENT SCREE-RUNNING DOWN A VOLCANO! And climbed three other volcanos and saw lava at the bottom.... oh, it was awesome :L

Did you go to Nicaragua for any particular reason, if that makes sense? Like, the lot at our school went to Argentina for the World Expedition Challenge.

Sounds like a lot of fun. I am much jealous. I always wanted to look into a volcano. One question: Was it hot?

Don't say that... it was like, a kilometre down to the bottom.... I could only look down once and then sprinted far from the edge... I'm not too good with heights :L

And we went because we could, really :L

And Gypo, the country was VERY hot (given I'm used to 22 degrees C being hot, and at times it would be 30 at night, 35 in the day...) but the volcanos were the coldest part. I mean, it went down to 15 at night!
