What about  rainbow glitter smoke?

Just Joking XD

A bit off topic but are there any annoying little speech habits that you guys have? I find that after I say something random/stupid (which is sadly a lot of the time) I say JOKES!! Another think I say a lot is 'like' (annoying I know), and since this week I sound like a complete moron with the amount of times I've said 'Gosh' when startled...

Personally, I think it'd be more mysterious if there wasn't any smoke at all, just disappearances.

As for annoying speech, I used to actually say 'lol' instead of laughing. I eventually had to slap myself every time I did it to break myself of the habit.

I'm sure many of the things i say annoy people but i can't think of any off the top of my head. I do have my little catchphrases though. I could never be without my catch phrases. OOH there's one. I sometimes talking a somewhat arachic turn of phrase. And i occasionally slip into accents that aren't my own for no good reason.

What do you consider an archaic turn of phrase?

I also have the bad habit of reading aloud when I'm alone. It freaked out my mum for a while, she kept thinking I was talking to someone when she walked past my room.

I can't do it on demand. I'm no dog, at your beck and call at a moments notice! I am my own man, woman, and I would hope that you could accept that. (No seriously, I can't. It just sorta happens).

I never read out loud unless I have to. . . and some sound effects. I like to try them out to see how they sound to me. . . But it's rare for me to move my lips when I read, let alone vocalise.

Well, you know what they say, talking to yourself is the first sign of madness. Of course, I'm pretty sure I'm a bit further along to insanity than merely 'the first sign', but that's just me.

Have you given the other voice a name yet? I'm not sure what step it is but Phillipe says that it's one of them.

Oh, I didn't give the voice his name. He told me his name himself, (it's Artemis, by the way,) then he introduced me to some of his friends, who then decided to hang around. They're all quite good conversationalists. Another one turned up a few days ago, too. She's just a baby, her name is Lucia and she can't really talk yet, but she's very cute.

My head is very crowded these days.

I don't know what you're all talking about.

I'm not weird, at all. Like, if normality was a horizon, I would be the sunset in that horizon. THAT's how normal I am.

Yeah. I went there.

I talk to myself sometimes, mostly under my breath, and only when I'm mad at someone and I don't want to talk to them.

Annoying speech habits?  Me?  Seriously?  Everyone else has speech problems, not me!  *pouts*

LOL  wink Just kidding!

My annoying speech habit is that I am constantly (and may I add: unconsciously) correcting everyone's grammar and how they say words, and emphasize things (like quotes from movies).  (Think Hermione correcting Ron on Wingardium Leviosa)

I admit it, I can be terribly, terribly, TERRIBLY annoying..........It's fun!  grin

BTW...I am WAY crazy, and proud of it!  cheesy
