Yes, I agree. But it is a sign of good writing that we think of things that haven't been written, and make up parts of his personality as if he is a real person we all know personally!

It really does feel like he's a real person I know personally.  Even though AH's witing never lets you get into Alex's head, you feel like you've been there, and you know Alex really well.

I wanted more of Yassen Gregorvitch and Alex's parents. But other than that I really liked the last book!  smiley

i no! the ending was sooo unexpected and not the best anthony has ever written. I mean - it was really good but i felt as if something was missing - maybe a big secret uncovered or something? does anyone agree?

I wanted more Sabina in the movie. I know she aprears in the end but i think it would have been cool to see her in the action aswell, just like Eagle strike.  Eagal strike and snakehead were my favourites.

I think strombreaker the movie did bad beacause it was the first of the Alex rider series. AH was just starting off. You can see while the books go on the storys become better and stronger.  We should do a petition or something to get someone to make movies of them. Maybee not all of them but the strong ones.

I have thought of this too.

But doing just some of the movies is near impossible. Most you need to have read the previous book to understand references and such.

I had the idea of making SCORPIA into a movie, a stand alone movie, where Alex is first introduced (ignoring the Stormbreaker movie ever existed).

Only thing is it would need to have a lot added to it, like a different reason for him to begin his hunt for SCORPIA rather than Yassen because that was in the previous book.

To be honest, it wouldn't stick very true to the book in a lot of ways but I think it would make millions. And they could even make Alex actually die at the end (which, if SCORPIA really did happen to be the last novel, woud have been a great ending.)

A story of a kid who goes threough all that to find out the truth about his father and moments after he finally does, he dies happy.
Big crowd pleaser.

Of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
But if it's different than mine, then it's wrong.

It would make for a very interesting movie.  Although, I would be upset if they didn't make a movie of Eagle Strike, since it was my favorite. smiley

[/quote]        Yeah I know that was the one with the most fast moving action that you could really enjoy.  Damn i really want it to be a movie so bad.  Us fans would make the best movie if we had the money. Smiley

Overall I thought the book was really good, it was sad that Jack Starbright had to be killed thou.  I just tink that there should of been more action in the book, that alex at the end of the book should of fought some of the guards in the castle.  But as I said before, the book was really good to read.

Well it wasn't actually our fault that it was spoiled to you - I mean it IS a topic about the final book, so there are bound to be spoilers... Maybe it should have been announced in the title of the topic that there would be spoilers... Oh well, no matter, you will enjoy the book anyway even with a few spoilers up your sleeve - I mean if it's good enough to be re-read, I'm sure you would survive... wink

I think the yassen book is coming out in 2012! yeah i really wish he would continue with the series cause no one is gonna want to read a book about yassen [ even thou ill probs read it anyway]   he could have wrote millions of more books. But i guess he has been writing alex rider books for ten years.                        -secretlies
I dont care how long he has been writing Alex Rider books why cant he loose himself in the Alex Rider books as much as we have...He could be rich...er than he is and it would make the world happy....I have had an on growing ubsession with England since i read the first title of the first book! Its okay that some things apparently change in the end (havent read scorpia's rising yet  :/) but he should write another book and make a comeback i would be exstatic!
