I really want her to.. and actually, I'm really not sure if she will. I think it'd be good if she did.... but she might not be that useful. Not sure at all...

And I'm procrastinating and thus, stalking people I like on Twitter... (Frank Turner, Nathan from Misfits, my friends...) and came across...

After re-reading Nightrise i was just wondering what other people thought. I dont think it is that unlikely to happen personally

I personally think she will come back. As will the other LIVING characters from books 1-4. A sort of final reunion, where we find out what happens to them all, and there are no loose ends.

That's my common denominator. NO LOOSE ENDS. But no crappy fillers either. Pure Genius.

I hope AH doesn't read this. It seems like so much pressure....

  i dont think that is too likely MC. i was thinking the same as Zak though like all the remaining living characters come back so that way each of the five will have a partner as they try to reunite and then when they get together become the main leaders in the final battle against the old ones. Also i think the nexus will be quite important in the next one. dont know why just a feeling

I agree the Nexus will have some sort of role, especially as they are the only ones who really know about the Five. I can see them trying to re-locate them, perhaps being a sort of central meeting point for the five, and then co-coordinating the final battle (If there is one) or even directing humanity's struggle (if there is one).

Seriously... if AH pulls a Twilight and does a HUGE build up to that battle, only for them to simply TALK then I may have to announce war on him. Although... I really doubt that will happen. I mean seriously, I doubt Chaos has the patience (actually... he does have a lot of it) to talk about some truce. And what truce would be reached exactly?!

You can count me into that army as well. if he does anything like that he will have to go in to hiding or completely change his appearence because all of the PO5 fans in the world will be after him.

@Nancynonos: No the last book isn't named and there is no release date for it either. This thread is where you can post any theories you might have about what could be in the last book. Also if you look back a page there is some of the information we DO have on the last book about halfway down. You might want to take a look.

@Zak: i like your thinking with the nexus searching for the  five acting as a meeting point for all of them. Its a really cool idea. As for the humatities struggle i was thinking that was where alicia might come in with the help of John Trelawney. you agree?

^^^ what they said Nancy. Also, try and read the whole thread, so as to avoid theories we already have discussed (unless you have like a totally new angle and/or piece of evidence that we didn't mention), Because it gets really sucky when we repeat what we say.

I wasn't thinking about Twilight when I said there may not be a final battle. Or implied it (well, not much). But what if the five use a trick? I don't know what you guys thought, but before NIghtrise I thought the "trick" they used the first time involved more skill that magic. I don't know how to explain it....

Have you ever heard the story from Greek mythology about Hercules? when he went to this guy who held up the sky, and needed something from him? The guy gets him to hold the sky, and then decides he's never going to hold it again. So Hercules tells him to just hold it for one moment so he get his (Hercules' ) strength, as he's going to be there for eternity. The guy takes the sky back, and Hercules runs off.

Something like that. So the five basically "trick" the old one's into being re-locked out. without a battle. It would be really, really neat if AH could think of a way (I know I can't), but at the same disappointing, as I would LOVE a nice battle with blood and entrails flying all over the place.

@zak: that sounds like my kind of battle. I would love something like that. I not too keen on the idea of them just using a trick, i mean even in nightrise there was a battle so... i hope there is a huge one spanning like two or three chapters (maybe more). That would be immense. It would be awesome if he 5 and their army try to seige chaos' castle or something with that taking days!!

@Ml: sorry for stealing your lines . sorry As for what you said though, they should definately run a competition or someting where two or three people will be written into the book if they win with a small role as one of the people fighting in the resistance against the old ones. i would enter even if the character would die

they probly ended up where they origanaly started.  The Old Ones will take advanteg of that!!! and they will start to attack.  i think richerd will die.  no offence but it will be more dramadic if some one close to them dies.!.!.   
 i think scott and jamie will be seperated when they come out of the door

Good theory... are you saying that the doors may take them back in time? Or do you mean later?
Hahahaa, Richad dying is a common theory... and one I dislike becuase he is my fave (although I kind of agree with it).
Seperating them yet further  How sad, THEY MUST FIND EACH OTHER AGAIN! But imagine if one were to die.... they could never have said goodbye.... *cries*
