No need, Scorpia Rising is coming out and Chapter 1 and 2 have already stated it is February during the book and if it mentions Alex's birthday we know Crocodile Tears is right.

I live in America, so I read the American version. The ending does say his birthday; February 13. I just can't believe it took so long!

Just for the record guys, I am SUCH A NERD that I actally CELEBRATED Alex Rider's B-day this year. XD It was awesome, cake and everything. Mom didn't know what it was FOR of course, because she'd probably yell at me for obsessing over a guy from a book... haha!

I'm sure that if you did make an
I'm obsessed with Alex Rider club
, pretty much every regular on this site would join it.
Also, I like the idea that his birthday is Feb 13th
1987
. (Which is what it would be based on Stormbreaker's release date.) Because February thirteenth 1987 was a Friday. And that just sums up everything about Alex.

You know I actually think Anthony Horowitz mentioned that one time, in an interview or something, that he did that on purpose. Not sure, though!

It would be awesome. But that would be kind of depressing. Born on February 13th. One of the 9/11 victims was born on February 13th. *my friend laughs* (Sorry, changing the subject)

I found out why it took so long! AH said once Alex turned 15 the series would be over so...I guess he was right (crying right now)

It's weird, am I older than Alex Rider or is he older than me?
'Cause if he just turned fifteen (Scorpia Rising) than I'm older than him,
but
...if he was born in 1987 (Stormbreaker) than he's older than me.
I'm Confused!

I think that I am only a year younger than Alex. And thats wierd that his birthday was only mentioned in the US version. Why would AH not have it mentioned in the origional(the UK version) AR series?

Good point. You'd think he'd put it in the original version. Maybe it was an afterthought. *shrugs*
