I loved the book and the ending was great. A friend of mine was slightly disappointed with the means that were used to torture Alex. Hm, torture.... *drools* Mesa loves torture! *realizes what she's saying* I didn't say that!
Hahaha! I didn't love the torture part, but it was suspenseful. when was the torture part? the croc one? Ya, the croc one. I would hate that, and so did Myra... oh psht that wasnt torture. torture is waterboarding and beating the teeth out of someone. not hanging them over a pit of crocidiles. |

the torture in it wasnt the best, but i liked it all the same. only good thing about the torture was that AR knew that he was causing the pain himself, which was really evil  which is why i like it... i loved the tortures in skeleton key and sneak head better *lying paralysed on the belt that mulch the sugar cane and him almost getting mulched slowly, feet first ( skeleton key) and the boxing ring in snake head* |

The crocodiles were okay but just imagine the possible torturous deaths awaiting in the poison dome I was expecting Anthony to use some sort of poison from there to blackmail Alex. I can just imagine it now: Desmon McCain: You have fifteen minutes before the poison kicks in and you will die Alex, unless you tell me what i want to know. Alex: *kicks McCain between the legs*...............maybe not. But i have to say i was very impressed with this book especially McCain's demise. And what do you think Jack meant when she said she'd never let Alex go back to MI6 again. Did she mean she was going to leave the country (so they couldn't blackmail Alex with her visa) or something else... |

I had already realised that so i was speculating wether Jack might do something desperate and end up getting hurt... But i hope not i like Jack to much!!!  |
