I used to re-read books when I was younger. Recently, not nearly as much
Though I have re-read the AR books, CHERUB books, Harry Potter (SO MANY TIMES), some of the Nancy Drews and Emily Rodda books. This was mostly pre -15 year old me. I don't think I've re-read anything since then. Despite the fact that I think about doing it all the time.
I currently have Angelfall on my 're-read list' and yet I know it's unlikely I will do so for a very long time, considering the books I need to read that I haven't even read the once haha.

When I was younger I'd pull out my favourite books and re-read them whenever I got bored. Which considering I didn't really have friends in primary school, I got bored fairly often. I re-read so many things. I don't do it any more though, I spend too much time online to read a book through more than once.
I should really rectify that. I have so many books sitting on my 'Must Read' pile. And then more that I don't have copies of, so they're just in the back of my mind as books I should pick up some time.

I also have an extensive must read list... I don't even have any money to get these books so it's off to the library I must go. When I find my library card.

I have a massive Must Read pile... mostly books from charity shops or that are my brothers that look pretty good, and that I refuse to put a book I've not read on my bookshelf... but I'm not reading really at the moment. I don't need more methods of procrastination...

Oh, I just remembered! In a teen book poll, Alex Rider was voted as 'fourth best boyfriend!!!!' I think it went like this:
1) Harry Potter
2) Ron Weasley
3) Russel (Girls in Love, Jaqueline Wilson)
4) ALEX RIDER!!!
5) ?
6) ?
7) ?
?
9) ?
10) ?
And then for girlfriends:
1) Hermione
2) ?
3) ?
4) SABINA PLEASURE!!!
5) ?
6) ?
7) ?
?
9) ?
10) ?

Harry is older, to be fair... he's 17/36. Alex is only 15...
harry's more well known... I think that helps... and he's publicly known as the Boy Who Lived and The Chosen One, while Alex is superawesome anonymously.

Hahah 17/36.
I do think it's better if Alex stays a bit anonymous though, if you see what I mean.

You mean so that all the crazy fans don't twist him? And so that you don't get morons trying to discuss the series? Yeah, but anyway, I mean, Alex is blonde and tanned!

I'd rather George Weasley over Alex Rider. But Alex over everyone else, I think.

So many people like the idea of Alex being their boyfriend. Which is why they do romance FanFics with a Mary-Sue Self-Insert

..So many more do it in Harry Potter fanfiction, though. Or at least imagine themselves as someone already from HP, given that HP does have a girlfriend...

Mary Sues are SO annoying! On my main FanFic I have been favourited by 64 people and I have approx 10,700 hits. I guess that's pretty average...? Below average?
