Sounds familiar but I'm not sure..

Recently I heard a song called Unbreakable by Fireflight, it's actually quite good. Anyone know of it?

As a massive nerd, I've been listening to the new Chameleon Circuit album on a loop since it's realese.  grin

Yes. Oh yes. They are awesome. I haven't got heard their new album yet, though. I must go and download it...

My favourite song of theirs so far has got to be Type 40. Especially after watching The Doctor's Wife. XD

Edit: Just listened to the livestream, and Nightmares is now my favourite.

Nightmare is the best song on the whole album I think. Unfortunately, it's the only song sung by Liam Dryden, who, next to Eddplant is the best singer I think. The other two are good but those two have more interesting voices, I think.

True. Dryden needs to sing more.

Now, my love of movie soundtracks has forced me to download the score for Hanna, which was done specifically for the movie by The Chemical Brothers. Brilliant movie, by the way.

The score itself it beautiful, and I'm addicted to it. I've been playing the disk on repeat since I got it earlier today. My favourite song on the soundtrack has probably got to be Container Park. That, or Escape 700. Has anyone else listened to it?

Well, Rory Williams can sing. Who'd have thought?

Yep, Arthur Darvil has a band. It's called Edmund, and they have some pretty awesome songs... Darvil is the lead singer, and I'm pretty sure he writes the songs, or at least the lyrics.

Thoughts of Flight and The Control are my favourites. Check it out!

Although Chameleon Circuit is a really good band, I have to say I prefer some of the bands solo acoustic work. I listen to most of the songs Charlie, Alex and Tom (although I'm not sure if Tom is in the band) put up on Youtube and some of them are amazing! I have to say my favourites are:
Charlie McDonnell - Blink    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wejl_daRVZU
Alex Day - Everything Is Ending   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A8l0Cdopet8
Tom Milsom - A Little Irony  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQzYGydeE68

Right now I'm listening to Skillet though. I'm quite new to them as a band but there quite good and have some really nice songs. The one I'm listening to at the moment (as I don't know them enough to have a preference) is:
Skillet - Don't Wake Me  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x0PMrV7derw&feature=related
I would listen to some of there other songs as well because this isn't  the best I've heard if I'm honest but it depends on your musical tastes. Smiley

Oh, hey, Skillet. I've got a few of their songs, I don't really follow them though. My favourite song of theirs (that I've heard) is probably Falling Inside the Black.

I didn't even realise the Chameleon Circuit guys did solo work... I'll have to chase that up some time. C:

I actually really like Chameleon Circuit's Journey's End. Simply because of the digs at Russell T Davies. They have throw-away lines at how he manages to screw with canon more than once throughout the album. I can't help but laugh every time I hear them. XD

Ah damn it, I missed the Chameleon Circuit discussion... I've been listening to their songs SO MUCH.
I will say that as a soundtrack nerd, I LOVE how they've managed to incorporate the soundtrack into their music and STILL make it original. And as Tennant said they have "Pretty Decent Music".
Uhmmm... I'm not contributing much to this otherwise...
Uhmm.... have some new soundtracks that I LOVE AND ADORE AND GET A HUGE ADRENALINE RUSH WITH!
