They are about this girl living in the future and povety. Anyway, she gets taken away by the evil government to go and play the hunger games. 24 kids go in...1 makes it out alive...
They are seriously good...and not girly...

Its a story of rebelion, love, hope, loyalty, survival, family and death. The main charicors are called Katniss and Petea. There from Districd 12 the coal districd. It's more an evil capital city rather than government i think. It's all about there survival and theres a realy big twist. It actualy rely good the twist. Sad too.
And as pedro said there not realy girly lots of fighting but there are parts that would pull your heartstrings though

the hunger games is the capitals way of scarring the hell out of the districts and keeping absolute control by fear and keeping them poor. anyways inside they die in anyway you can think of, its a knock down drag out fight to the death competion so really anything goes ergo people can die anyways they can be killed. trust me from one dude to another the books are sheer badass. |
