I just finished this series of books and i thought they were great!!! grin what did you guys think of them?Huh?? any of you who havent read them should look in a library or on the internet for them because theyre great  smiley theyre about a teenage girl who is a vampyre (thats the way they spell it in the book) and she is a special vampyre and theyre about her life as a vampyre so if u havent read them check them out!!!  tongue i would reccomend these books for people who like twilight, vampires or the mortal in struments.

I found the main character way too predictable and Mary Sue, to be honest. I mean, no faults, whatsoever? She's marked in a special way, has special powers, gets a special guy? I only read three books because her perfection would not hold me in.

It's very... Character has a bad life, Character's life get's amazingly better. Maybe I'm biased, but I didn't like it at all. Predictability-wise, it's just... everytime someone mentions say 'the imprinting on humans' factor, you know its going to happen to her, as opposed to one of her friends. Oh, and I didn't like the 'token gay' thing either. That might just be the fact that I dont mind 'token guys' in groups, but its a bit sad if your making him gay he wont be the guy who crushes on the main character. Or I may just be against token guys, altogether. o.O

It's like... every group of friends needs a guy, and therefore, a token guy is made to fill that spot. Perhaps to stop gangs of giggly girls?

Okay, House Of Night is kinda predictable, but it keeps you hooked in all the same i find.

I've just started the 3rd book Chosen, but considering i started the 1st book Marked less than a week ago i think thats alright haha.

I dislike Loren all ready.

i feel kinda like an idiot now that ive visited the bookstore again.

although i dont think Untamed is available in my town yet >=[ Hunted is though. Waterstones up and down scotland are havving trouble buying them in atm D=

i think these books are so predictable!
i mean, its the obvious theme.
main charectar has bad life.
something seeming bad happens to the main charectar
friends ditch main charectar.
main charectar gets a chance to start over.
main charectar suddenly sees a hopefull future.
that is, if she can overcome certian things.
did i mention she is unusually special and good at being a vampyre, when she thinks she cant do anything in the begining?
ok, there was a couple modern things like same sex lovers and such, but mainly its like twilight, execpt without the good parts.
sorry, but i think this series was a waste of time.
