well...I guess that they think "Gatekeeper's series" don't appeal so much to Americans...they want "power" xD

They usually change alot of series titles for strange reasons but I prefer the power of five. But I guess I would because thats all I ever knew it as.

The only reason I ever picked up the book was because it says "Book one of the Gatekeepers" underneath the title.
...Though I'm an odd one and I had previously been writting a story about four Gatekeepers so...Maybe it's just me Cool

Lol gatekeeper is by far an original name.  Just think of Ghost busters.....

I dunno when I was reading the dutch version i always figured the original version would say "portal" in stead of "gate"...somehow portal seems more right...gate makes me think of an airport

Yeah i guess so...like stargate or something.  I dunno it just wasn't the word i thought it would be, but then i guess that's the problem with reading the translated versions

i dont think you understand what he ment, because the gatekeepers series is in the united states and the power of five series is in england so its more like americans want power but its not beeing given to them.  and if you go onto amazon.com the power of five is the name of a book in a series called W.I.T.C.H. mabey that could have something to do with the name change for the U.S. but i doubt it.

Here in Canada, it's Gatekeepers too, I like the idea of that instead of power of five.

Yeah. I got it from the library, and it is Gatekeepers (as you said). So, I bought a copy of the proper version (Power of Five) whilst in the U.K.
