matts would be the best as anything coming to you you can stop and you can control a rock to hit someone with ect. also if you got seeing the future good you could predict what someone was going to do

Scarlett's power is maybe the best in a battle, as she can create tempests to sweep them out.
Matt's one would be also useful...with a lot of training.
For Pedro, it is useful after the battle, not when it happens.
