Yeah not as creepy as mrs Cheng or as evil as the Chairman, but he was quite good, i liked how he was a bit warped to..

Just read as far as Mrs. Cheng so I can't say much there but as for Father Gregory...again complete pshychopath I really don't get why these guys are on the Old Ones' side they're all gonna die with the rest of the people (If the old ones succeed  )

The thing is, they believe that by helping the Old Ones they're going to be rewarded, and not killed along with all the rest. Also, i think that the people that work for the old Ones have little choice in the matter, they're most likely brainwashed. Father Gregory's ugliness and creepiness probably coems as a result from working with the Old Ones, they're sucking the life out of him already

But the general reason is the same as the chairmens, he knows/thinks that the old ones will control the world again. All hes doing is trying to get insurance that happens hel be on the winning side. everyone fears the old ones but its the ones who fear them he most that help them.
