Can someone tell me if it is possible to erase content on a CD, and if so how to do it? This may seem like  astupid question, but i suck at technologically related aspects...

It's impossible to delete something of a cd.  If it's a rewritable cd then it is possible to write over it, but the quality is very poor

On re-writable CDs you erase (thats the term they use) the data off them first...thats like deleting the data right?
I dont know about the quality though because I've never tried it myself.
