I wanna know what you think as well, MadCatta. It's fun hearing what you have to say
Agreed, it's hard for a female main protagonist to be liked so widely. Haha, maybe because Max doesn't complain so much

Really? You've never read the Twilight series and thought Bella is annoying and complains too much?

The books are awesome!!!!! But they are long, so you have to be a book lover!!! I personally think that the books are better than the movies(but the movies are really good too!!)

I personally think Catherine Hardwicke did an epic job of Twilight with the budget she had. Comparing to New Moon, Twilight keeps you more hooked.
If Catherine Hardwicke were to direct the first Maximum Ride, I think she would do a good job. She's into the whole action stuff - it would work.

Maybe, it has to deal with these kids that have been experimented on and they escaped the lab, and the lab people want them back. There is a lot more to it, but i don't want to spoil everything! Oh but there is a little romance!!

About six ... but only one ... in an odd sort of way. Although the Flock is Max, Iggy, Fang, Angel, Gazzy and Nudge - basically it focuses most on Fang and Max. Mostly Max, because its told from her POV.
I think a guy /should/ like the first three. There's not that much romance in them, really. And they're hilarious in some bits, and interesting in others (a matter of opinion though, MadCatta didn't think they were all that ^^)
Unfortunately, I think a person of any gender should just stop there. The series becomes rubbish after them.
