wierd but i think there are going to be more than 5 books. after all the gatekeepers get together they are going to have to figure out what to do and then they have to stop the old ones. that is just my pridiction. the only book of the old series is the devil's doorbell

the devil's doorbell isn't the only book.  there's also night of the scorpion(evil strike)  the silver citadel(presumeably nightrise) and the day of the dragon, making it 4 in total

I can't find it anywhere either DM! Its soo annoying. my library doesn't have it the bookstore doesn't have it......

I think there will be something of relevance with the number 5. Cause it stands to reason The Power of Five

Believe it or Not I have just started reading the Power of Five Series..I musat admit The Potter Series has found a real contender. However the more I read of the Power of Five Series, the harder I find to believe that it was found in the Junior Section of many libraries. Ravens Gate was filled with nothing but death, especially the part about Matt Trying to escape from Lesser Malling and the pathways. I am 19 and

 I really don't think it's that important. Remember how sanjay was telling them all of this stuff about the Old Ones, and how he would explain more to them once they were safe?? That's when he went to go and get the key.  He knew Matt was a Gatekeeper, so he was just telling him that as he died.It gets cold whenever something strange happens because , well, here's an example: when Detective Mallory was driving his car to go back to London, he had just come from Hive Hall and was going to tell the people from LEAF that Matt should be moved. BUT, Mrs. Deverill knows that Matt is  a Gatekeeper, so he's the one she wants to sacrifice. SO, she can't let him escape, so somehow she took control of Detective Mallory's car and killed him. So yes, it was because of Mrs. Deverill that anything bad happened when it got cold. The coldness meant that she was causing something to happen. Remember when Matt got out of the museum that Mrs. Deverill was waiting there for him with Noah?? She somehow knew he was there, and caused the coldness, and the lightbulbs to shatter, and the dinosaurs to come alive.
