well he has been an assassin since he made the journey to scorpia when he was 12 i think that was the age it was young any way so he would have more experience  and be better at it too. Plus he is the greatest!!!! He rules!!!!

ASIS, Australian Secret Inteligence Sevice, exept I woud not call them secret or a service, they have not done andy thing to me directly.

On topic, I would go for Ash as he is a aussie but Yassen will win.

ash might win it would depend on what kind of guns they had, if yassen had an m-16 and Ash had a steyr Ash would win, because his first shot would get Yassen and Yassens bullets could end up anywhere, althoug why Yassen would be carrying such a rubbish gun i dont know but it illustrates my point

assuming Ash has half a brain (which he does) he would stay in Australia, with all his equipment and Yassen would have to come in and get any gun he could lay his hands, he would probably end up with a half decent pistol, and maybe a hunting rifle.  In which case Ash would stand a pretty good chance of winning a fire fight, considering a steyr fires more bullets more acurately over a greater distance than any other gun Yassen would be able to lay his hands on in Australia.  And only the Military have them and they guard them jelously even if yassen could kill a soldier with one of the guns he would never get to the body.

odds are Ash will have a better gun, one of the best in the world, while Yassen would have to rely on some half decent hunting rifle, if he was really lucky a shot gun off the black market, but thats about it.  with those weapons Yassen would be relying on luck to get close enough to kill Ash, and no assassin likes to rely on that, because they inevitably you wont have enough.
