the thing that shocked me was that alex riders father was killed by mi6 and miss jones said that his father and mother were killed in a plane crash .  shocked

No no no no no no man you've got it all wrong man.  M16 wasn't lying.  Alex's parents did die in a plane crash.  Scorpia figured out that Alex's father had double-crossed them, then they struck and killed Alex's parents in the plane.

His father deffinately didnt get killed by MI6...he was killed on the plane crash along with Alex's mother

That's not true it explains it all in like the last 10 or 15 pages what really happened and how tricky they were so that Scorpia didn't know the truth and in the end they say that his father and mother were killed in the plane crash is it true cuz at the end he gets shot and it says his mother was there and a man that looked just like him ( his mother and father?Huh ) could  it be i'm quite confused

Yeah they are his parents.
The book says that Alex had seen photos of the woman, his mother.
And that his mother excactly found that place where a hole was in his shirt with her finger....

I think at the end Alex was hallucinating because he had a bullet in his chest. His mother and father weren't really there, I think that Anthony Horowitz wanted to show that Alex wanted to be looked after because pretty much through the whole series he's had to stand on his own two feet and it's only when he gets shot ad is lying in a gutter that he wants his parents to come back.

john rider wasn't killed by mi6 he was killed by julia rothman. The killing by mi6 was faked. i just finished the book today.
