Personnaly, i think that Yassen just said he didn't kill kids to give a reason to Alex why he didn't kill him in the first place. He probably just doesn't want to kill Alex, being who he is and the relationship between yassen and john, etc. And even if he doesnt kill kids, if kids are caught up in a shotout or a bomb (like sabina) he wouldn't lose much sleep at all.

Secondly, i think that yassen should have just shot damien on that place and got it over with, it's pretty obvious if he refuses to obey orders he's gonna get shot... stupid, he could still be alive and providing huge entertainement to yassen lovers ^^

Thirdly, he couldn' just leave Scorpia or just get fired from Scorpia, they obviously would have had him killed. look at that guy working for them who wanted to retire : he got taken care of pretty quickly with those scorpions. Scorpia wouldn't hesitate one second to eliminate yassen. you're either with them, or against them.

Last of all, we don't want yassen to turn fully good ! Where would the mystery be, the excitement, the chill that goes up your back every time he's talked about ... irreplacable ! I loves the way he jept coming back. So yeah, it would be quite a clich? if he came back to life, but i wouldn't complain.

Anyway, that's all just my opinion, open for debait

Maybe he wouldn't, I can see that side of him. But also, I don't think he spared Alex just because of John, I know it sounds bad but Yassen first duty was his job, the second would have been the freindship. Professional before personal.

Course he should've shot Cray, but then, if Yassen didn't die, then i don't think Alex would have found out about Scorpia in that way. It was good that he did, because we had an idea of the next book. But bad, because Yassen fans are lamenting now.

Oh yes, I forgot that they would've killed him if he turned. after all, if they could kill Max Grendal (was that right) then why not kill one of the lesser people just as easily.

Nah! Yassen should never turn fully good. He wouldn't be the assasin we all know, love and chat about! Although, the way he appeared out of almost nowhere, truly cool!

I chatted to my friend about the story,' coming back to life'? he said. 'I never ever said he'd come BACK to life!' I is smelling a cliffhanger in his story!

I can just imagine Scorpia's shock at Yassen having a son, though I doubt he would. (however, shockingly, my source (a.k.a my mate) HAS told me that one of the main characters in the story is Jack and Ash's son. 

I do miss Yassen. I think his mystery really changed something in that lovely Alex Rider world. plus the whole 'I knew your father' thing was just pretty cool!

Jack and Ash don't really have a son, remember. It's all AU. but in the story (it's fanfiction) they have a son that is raised by Jack's sister in Mexico, but the sister hates teens. (I can give a link for the story)

Man, Yassen was younger than me, and he'd already killed. and here's me worrying about SATS. he was worrying about survival!

That should work.

The first chapter is VERY hard to work out because he forgot page breaks. But you can understand who the son is by second chapter.

Try to review it if you can. Even anonymous reviews are good for writers, they help. And it takes 20 seconds tops without a pop-up blocker. (if you have one ,don't worry)

P.S. 00jade is mentioned in the last few chapters, and 00jade is actually, get this, wait for it, me!  I even wrote a lot of the chapter called Alex! hehe, I love my internet life...
