I agree with you, sadly, although for different reasons. Like most secondaries, she didn't actually have much depth - a champion weightlifter sidekick who makes polite small-talk at dinners and then drugs the kids. Too perfect. What motives, or reasons did she have to be allied with a cloning monster? Was she hand picked from a crowd of poor villagers as a good bodygaurd? Did she just do it for the money?

As she is a very minor character, long forgotten, we'll never know. Maybe I would have preffered it if Horowitz had given out more info with her, although I doubt others - such as yourselves - would appreciate it.

Good point. She doesn't seem to have much background story. at all. I guess you could say one motive was that she wanted the fame that Grief would recieve...he would get bad fame, we all know it, but it would be fame much like the fame she may have got as a weight-lifter.

Yeah, I can see that happening too. Fame is addictive, and she could've got a bit of a big head from it. She seemed pretty intelligent enough to figure out she'd be well known after, as well. I've always remembered the one line, where Alex is drugged, and given a coke.

"I've never quite understood the taste, myself."

Mocking, much?

Yeah, mocking.

Again, it's the fame issue, bad fame or good fame? as for intelligence, she was quite but I think she used it in he wrong way. She would have made a great PE teacher... grin
