I'll put this in here, because it says Jacqueline Wilson in the subject, and I don't fancy started a topic to mention 'Love Lessons' byt hte same author.
I read 'Love Lessons' 'cause it's been staring at me everytime I go int he library (yes, that sounds weird, but it's what it felt like). So I read it. When I met Jacqueline Wilson, she said she did research. Where? 'Love Lessons' wasn't true to life when it went to the teachers perspective. Yes, a teacher may ask someone to babysit (i know instances of it happening), but it was someone who had been at the school for years, whose dad worked there. In the book, the girls been att he school about 2 weeks... and its clear her parents dont want her at the school.
I just wondered how people can read her books and say that they are teaching people anything.
