Does anyone else agree that Sophie Okenendo as Mrs. Jones was really good, i didnt imagine her in thee book like that but i think she played the part good and she looked very serious in the film. What did everyone else think of Sophie Okenendo playing Mrs Jones?

Yeah, I totally agree with you, I thought the exact same thing. I didn't really imagine her looking that way, but well, she seems to fit the role pretty well.

Ahh... the topic is here.
Well, I'm going to allow them both for the while, seeing as they're on different subject matters

I thought of her at first as a pale, sour looking woman with the chopped haircut described in the book. But, after seeing the movie, I thought Sophie was perfect for the role. She is now the image I see when reading, not the pale one I invented. I love her whole attitude. I thought she did quite well, and in the future, could change as Mrs. Jones does in the books.

I love Sophie Okenendo ever since she did Hotel Rwanda and she's an amazing actress.
The good thing about her is that I can really imagine Mrs. Jones developing with her, like becoming less uptight and caring mroe about Alex.

i think she was pretty good but i'd rather have a pale woman who looks heartless. but i guess sophie wasnt bad. but i didnt like her hair in the movie.

I pictured her as a really pale white lady that was kind of old and pretty bitter looking. but I did think that the actress that played her did really well and I liked her in the role. and I was able to picture her in the scenes in the later books where Ms. Jones was kinder easier than I could picture the Ms. Jones I had previously imagined
