I'm guesing the 22nd? in easons?

I saw it in my local book shop yesterday couldn't buy it though Sad . Funds are a bit low at the moment

Nope - August 4th in California!

Aw that sucks Sad How long does it take for books to come out in paperback in Ireland? (I'm assuming you're in Ireland because you mentioned Easons). You could always go sit at the book shop and read it there, right? I read all 18 books of the Jedi Apprentice series that way xD

Oh its out in paperback. The last one didn't even come out in hardback as far as i could tell. The book shop has a place to sit but you have to buy coffe or the dude behine the counter gives you evil looks.

I have read all of the Artemis Fowl books except for the 7th. I also like the Ranger's Apprentice, Children of the Red King, and Percy Jackson and the Olympians series.

I didn't really like "Time Paradox" either -I got a copy of the next book though, because it came with a ticket to go see Eoin Colfer live in person <3

Ooh, lucky. Is the next book out yet?

I finished reading Atlantis Complex last night and have to say it was quite good. smiley It was the usual writing style for Colfer and was filled with laughs and action. Even though it was good it wasn't the best (i think that will always be the eternity code for me) but if you like Arty i would say give it a go.

Great! I'll pick it up on monday arvo (does not come out until monday...).

Looking forward to it!

That second cover is awesome! Wish I could have it, but then it would not match with the rest...but then my Arty's don't match, I still have the glittery ones for the first 3, and the awesome one with holes in the cover for Opal Deception...I don't have the 5th book tho...

Theres only going to be 8 Arty books so thats only one left. You know i secretly wish that Arty dies or some thing rather than the series just stoping.

@Peds: I think its the american cover or the disney cover or some thing. All my covers are odd too. The opal deseption cover with the holes in it was discontinued for some reson. I like the hardback cover of the lost colony best

@Matt22922: Same the eternity code is my fav too. Richard Of York Gave Battle In Vain =]

I bought the whole series through scholastic so all my books follow the same layout.

Mine are the same as well, but the last two were hardback, so they don't quite fit ...

I love all the covers, though ^^ Gold for Artemis Fowl, Silver for Arctic Incident, Blue for Eternity Code (my fave as well!), Orange-ish for Opal Deception, Red for Lost Colony and Green for Time Paradox.

I reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally want to read the Atlantis Complex!
