I really enjoyed the books, but I notice one error. I am from West Virginia (in the US). During the base jumping scene, the book mentions the New River Gorge Bridge. Once a year, it is closed and people are allowed to parachute from it. The book says the bridge is in Virginia, but it is actually in the neighboring state of West Virginia (an easy mistake to make--it was part of Virginia until the 1800s).

Yes, it was mentioned several times last year and the year before.

You see, in Europe, most people don't even know there is a difference between West Virginia and Virginia, so the editor either changed to to Virginia, thinking that there wasn't a difference, or AH wrote it that way and the editor didn't catch it because they didn't know there was a difference or they didn't know where it was.

in the final action scene in scorpia, Alex is on the hot air balloon platform up in the air trying to save the children in London or where ever (its been a while since i last read scorpia) but anyway do you think that someone could really fly in a balloon like that and land in a grassy area...... seriously what are the odds?
