Will Alex work with MI6?

i just noticed something maybe its quite obvious but...

At the end of the chapter of Snakehead (SPOILER) Jack asked Alex if he was finished with MI6 and the patriotic blunt, and Alex didn't reply to jack if it finished with him. He skipped the subject by asking who were coming for supper. pg.396

I was just wondering,
 he might continue to work with MI6, maybe?

Well, I think that Alex is just being realistic.  He doesn't necessarily want to go on another mission right now, but might want to in the future.  Plus, it's not because he doesn't want to, that MI6 is going to leave him alone

In the news on Google about Anthony, they say he sees three more Alex books, including the Yassen one.
My personal opinion about MI6-I think Alex will work for them, at least for a bit, as an adult. I really liked how Snakehead showed Alex growing up, choosing to work for them without exactly being blackmailed and how MI6 is treating him better. Anthony points out that they ASKED him to come in at the end. And Jack answered for him to the ASIS, because she was afraid of what Alex might say. Implying that he would say yes, and she obviously didn't want him to.
Also, in the other books, he seems to think several times, at a time when he didn't have to continue, that he would never forgive himself if he didn't keep exploring/spying.
I think the part he hates the most is being pushed around. In Ark Angel, he notices that the only difference between him and Tamara Knight is that she enjoys her job. She chose it. He didn't.

of course they well care, because then they'll have lost their best secret weapon so far.  all though he's probably not a secret anymore

oh yes they'll sob a bit and say some bad words but the the thing is that they'll simply find someone to replace him. they'll do exactly what they did to AR, on a different kid. the kid will learn martial arts and many languages... heck they might even make him better than AR.

Spying is in Alex blood. I think he will work for MI6 if he's an adult. I agree with Tamara_Knight, he just doesn't like it when people force him to do what they think is the right thing to do, he wants to make his own choises and doesn't want that other people arrange what he is going to do whit his life. He's just a kid, who wants to be a kid. He doesn't want the responsability for the lifes of everyone he knows.
If MI6 would wait a couple of years, maybe Alex would find out he likes to be a spy and would follow the footsteps of the rest of the family.

yeah he'll probably have times where he notice something incredibly bad going on and he'll want to stop it but he'll probably need gadgets...
