It's absolutely possible, I think. But I've never seen the Dutch book so...

Alan Blunt's name matches because he is kind of rock-like. He is dull, blunt and to the point, (wow, oxymoronic much?), and pretty unbreakable. Working in his kind of business, nothing can shake him.

Than who is this Felix person?
It isn't the boy that got to test the stormbreaker for the first time isn't he? In my book he's called James Sprintz....

It is the boy who got to test the Stormbreaker for the first time; but, like i said, it very possible that his name changed throughtout books because he isn't much of an important character - I think AH just wanted a name, and so it might've gotten changed throughout countries.

In the (adult) James Bond books and in the Bond movies, Bond's CIA contact is called Felix Leiter - I think it's a tip of the hat from Anthony to his inspiration.

I found out that Felix mean lucky and the Felix in the book he was lucky because he was supposed to use the Stormbreaker computer first

Do you think there is a connection?

BTW Felix Felicis is the lucky potion in HP

One: Maybe Horowitz knew it meant that and used it for that purpose.
Two: THIS AINT THE HARRY POTTER THREAD SO STOP GOING OFF TOPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you,
