I found out that Felix mean lucky and the Felix in the book he was lucky because he was supposed to use the Stormbreaker computer first
Do you think there is a connection?
BTW Felix Felicis is the lucky potion in HP

but i think that anthony horowitz does use names that have meaning- like, alex mean the defender of men, which kind of fits his job.

I doubt if it's a coincidence, AH definitely does he research on things before he writes them.  That's pretty cool, though. I like the "alex means the defender of men" thing. Fitting.

haha. as in, stoned, as in, taken drugs... i know it's not really the way it works, but it's funny. i always thought that alan blunt was given the name because he's so blunt in the way he talks...and mrs. jones from the saying 'keeping up with the jones', as in, they have everything, and you want that, but then when you actually see what their life is actually like, then you realize that it's not what you think.
