Hey! since the Movies topic had so many references to musicls or other theater productions, i thought it's about time we start our own topic.  wink

OoOh. I do love the theatre. I've been to see the Odyssey, Inheritance, a few Shakespeare's [too bad I'm missing out on King Lear =[], Oedipus, Cirque Du Soleil and a few local ones in the past few years.

I really want to see 'Wicked'  sad it's unlikely, but I shall try!
I've only seen (musical wise) 'Beauty and the Beast'... but otherwise I've seen 'Dissocia' (which is really disturbing, but really good), 'The Woman In Black', 'The Receipt', 'Tristan and Iseult', 'Our Country's Good', 'Hitler On Trial' (was a mini-play thing, in a theatre so it counts!lol)..and I'm going to see 'The History Boys' soon  grin the sad thing is, if I didn't do theatre studies at school, I wouldn't have been to the theatre that much because it's really hard to get to... as it is, I'm sure I've seen more stuff in the theatre than I've written about  undecided

I've seen Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, Beauty and the Beast, Seussical (kind of wierd, but okay), Sound of Music, Les Miserables, Legally Blonde, Cabaret

and a lot more I'm too lazy to type out.

I saw Wicked a few weeks ago - just amazing!!!! Worth waiting for 3 hours on the cold pavement outside at 7am for a front row ticket! It was the standbys for the two main roles, but they were still incredible. I'm going again in march, so i'll get to see the main cast as well.  grin

RENT!

That's the only reason I know how many minutes are in a year...

"Five hundred, twenty-five thousand, six hundred minutes...
Five hundred, twenty-five thousand moments so dear...
Five hundred, twenty-five thousand, six hundred minutes
How do you measure, measure a year...."

I could go on, but I'd rather not...
