i bet scott already knows everything because scott can get into jamie's head even when he trys to keep jamie out of his. he's probably getting loads of information just by sitting next to him.

But, you have to take into account that he was really badly hurt and maybe they only told Scott to ever use his mind controling power instead of mind reading. It also said that he lost a lot of his memories through the drugs. But it is a possibility that he could actually gather the information from his from his brother. Plus I think as soon as Scott is better, Jamie would tell him what happened when he was in the past.

but dont you think that scott will have a feeling that jamie was doing that?....like wouldnt he find out in the end....and do you really think that jamie would do that...would he know that it is wrong and wouldnt do that?  |

I think you switched the twins around. Jamie would know when Scott is inside his head. At the begining of the book, when they were in the theatre. It said that Jamie noticed when Scott turned around to look at him. Without looking at him. Scott was in his head then. And Jamie would feel his brothers presance when he is in his head.

Yes he would, but in your prevouis post you mixed them up. You said that Scott will have a feeling that Jamie was doing that, but we were dicussing earlier on that Scott would be in Jamie's head gathering up the information. So it would be Jamie who could feel Scott in his head, not the other way around. I think that is what you meant, sorry if I missenterpreted it. Correct me if I am wrong, please.  |

No problem, I tend to notice the tiny details in everything. Anyway, do any of you think Scott will actually get better. I mean he sounded very badly hurt and withdrawn when Jamie finally found him.  I like Scott, he and Flint sound like great charecters. Its so sad that they have such small parts in the book. |

Yes about his journey of finding independance but still I think their parts were too small. I would atleast expect Scott to have a bigger part, so you can see into his mind for about five or six pages. I would have liked that. |
