You are talking about Colton Banes. I think he seriously hurt Scott. That was why Scott was repelling Jamie, he had been told things, like being brain whashed or something. They also said that the drugs had taken out a chunk of his memory.

I remember it was in Nightrise, the part where that lady was visiting him. I'm not really sure where exactly it was. I think it was when Scott was mentioned for the first time after he was captured. He could not really remember things so clearly, he was in too much pain.  |

Yup, thats the one. She was a mean woman. How could she hurt so many innocent children? I would say she takes the cake! She is worse than Mrs Deverill (excuse my spelling)! Those poor children, to be taken from their parents for an experiment. Thats just sad.
