they would stop making him do the dirty work, but it's already in his blood and heart and spirit, even if he did escape MI6 and the CIA he's still be wanted and be doing dirt and all that mess.

In two books he's decided to get involved, and he keeps saying he wants out of it, well mind your own business then. I think it will always be with him but he just doesn't want to admit it and I think he maybe does want to do it.

I think definitely some form of money - they always refer to him as "one of their agents", so he should have at least what the other "agents" are entitled to. That's what I think anyway.

Definitely something nice for Jack for putting up with the constant worrying over his life - "Thank you for being such a good friend...and housekeeper...and babysitter...and guardian...and..." lol he'd say something like that on the card with the 1000000 pound gift for her, a nice new house or car or something  grin
