Yeah Ms. jones did say that MR did have a crush on john and she was mad that he was married.. I think MR killed john and his wife because she couldn't have him.. And yeah she knew who was alex rider the whole time and she wanted to kill him from the start but first she wanted to us him to help her with the mission then kill him.. but in the end everythng went wrong for MR.. and she died and proud of it lol...

rothman gave alex the shot because she hated him because his father deserted her.... i think. she killed alex's parents so she might just wnat to finish the job or something.
