Just a thought: Wouldn't it be brilliant if Alex was really the child of Mrs Rothman? Think about it. In Scorpia, Mrs Jones says to Alex, "You see, Mrs Rothman had fallen in love with him." (Referring to Alex's father, John Rider.) Perhaps Julia Rothman seduced John Rider, had his baby (Alex) and then gave Alex to John and Helen Rider! Ok, it's a twisted theory, but wouldn't that be a brilliant plot twist?  |

But yes it would be cool.
Alex would see killing his "mother" as an unfortunate acsadent but he knew she was EVIL and that she tryed to kill him and won't feel to bad.
