i didnt watch that movie.

i did watch war of the worlds though. that fanning chick is a seriously good actress.

then i watched Darkness...

I saw The Guardian on the airplane. It was okay, but a bit too predictable. Definitely good for a plane trip, though.

Examples: Just My luck, Holes, The Guardian.

Like you'll watch them because you're trapped for a few hours and stay entertained. But you would rather watch something else if you could.

Ooooh! I loved the Guardian! I thought it was brilliant. Like Titanic. Okay, maybe not quite, but I really loved it.

*Spoiler*. But why did the mentor guy have to die cry

I found the training entertaining! grin


Well according to Joseph Campbell's The Hero's Journey (which is brilliant) the mentor dying is one of the twelve steps of any journey of any hero, so it actually makes sense.

i havn't been to a movie since... october or november...I don't go unless there's a good horror, action, or military-related movie. Chick flicks kill me, i hate them  tongue
