I really like Darren Shan's books. I have read only eight Shan's books cause  here in Finland there have been published only those parts. I have thought that i would read it in english sometimes...
My favourite is Cirque du Freak, i dont know why.

They were done in manga form and the art is soo pretty  cheesy I love them so much. Though i thought Darren could have been drawn better

It's a pity the movie was so terrible, considering how great the series is. A friend of mine has the whole collection, and she pretty much forced me to read them in year 8. So glad she did. XD

I'm pretty far behind with the Demonata series though, I've not even read Wolf Island yet. *shame*

Wolf Island is pretty good. It is the one with Anthony Horowitz in it. Xero claims he is also featured, but I am not sure who he is (although, he said that he was killed).

I have the complete set of the Saga. And they are those cool ones where the spines, when put together, make an awesome picture. Quite an expensive thing...all 12 of them, but worth it.

The film was terrible... waste of money!!!

The problem with Darren Shan is that his books take 9 months (from release in the UK) to arrive in Australian bookshops. Thank god for online stores! Just ordered Palace of the Dammed yesterday.

SF: You should finish off the Demonata...and probably read the Thin Executioner as well (and the saga of Larten Crepsley). Geez...so many great Darren Shan books!!!

Darren Shan can only write great books  grin I prefer the Demonata to the Saga of Darren Shan though. You should really finish them off, the end is brilliant
Cant wait to read Palace of the Damned  cheesy

And somewhat weird-scary, too. But that just adds to the enjoyment of it. Speaking of weird-scary though, oh god your signature. Peds, it gives me the freaking heebie-jeebies.

Haha! I like it!

I read Slawter late at night. I started at about 10 pm, and finished some time in the morning. To add to this...it was a full moon!!! It was not scary though. Blood Beast was the scariest!
