i loced it alex rider going into space was abit sci-fi and unrealistic though
Im afraid I will have to disaggree with you on this point. Space travel is becoming more and more a reality every day. Alex was traveling in a craft that was built by engineers employed by a very rich man. The reasons for alex being the one going into space were also very understandable. If given the means then I say it was realistic to the extreme.
The only reason it seemed so unrealistic is because it was done so suddenly, the general public is normally under the impression that going into space is very taxing on the body, and it is. However Alex is an exceptional character, with exceptional traits. He is extremely fit, he is determined, and he has the unbelievable will to stay alive even when things seem to be getting worse by the second.
I am not sure if you have ever heard the expression, "Where there is a will there is a way." Well in Alex's case it is true, under pressure that builds and becomes greater with each book, Alex is bearing more and more pressure. At some points it seems hopeless and that he will not make it, however he always does.( So far.)(This is not a spoiler right? The fact that there are more books sort of gives away the fact that Alex has not died anyway. If it is, I will thank you in advance for removing it.).
