I think that the books were pretty average except a couple and the End was a real letdown i was hoping for atleast a ending that answered all the questions lets just say if my teacher has ever read it she would probably say it was Garbage

humm, yeahh, thats most probably true, i didnt find the end that fascinating as all the other books in the series were, i though lemony snicket could have done alot better!!

I LOVED the first 10 books, but after that his style of writing just bored me. I still bught the books because I wanted to find out what happened though.

I borrowed the books from the library. After a while the books got quite boring, but I really wanted to discover the secrets in the story, so I read all of them anyway. Didn't find out much in The End, though  |

It wasn't. If you remember they named Kit Snicket's daughter after their mother. Their mother was BEatrice. When Daniel (Lemony) says that he lost her - he did. Because she died in that fire. And he also says he lost his heart to her... (never guessed it did you? - Lemony was in love with their mom.
