You obviously need to do a bit of research on stresses yourself Alex Bond. Other than fear, you don't normally get stresses during a space travel. I agree with kingofjapan there.

I agree with AB. He wants to say that Alex is capable of doing many things LIKE being in space, so if he's capable of SUCH things I'd be rather sure that he's ALSO capable of handling a gun.

I know what Alex Bond means. I believe it is he who doesn't understand what I am saying.
However, I do
obviously
get what you are saying. And even if you were screaming, it's not polite or mature for you to do that. So, if you please, refrain from doing it.
However, going into space doesn't exactly have a stress, it's usually just a fear. Guns provide a lot of stress and a lot of fear, and that combination can be unhealthy, especially for a fourteen year old boy.

Adding to what kingofjapan has just said, using gun against someone means that once you have fired, you can't help that person to live. On the other hand, if it is an injury from a knife or something very similar, there are still a few chances of survival. I believe Alex might be going through that dilemma of whether the victim is worth such fate or not. More importantly, he must be thinking whether he is right in kiling with a gun or not because if he is wrong, he might be able to help that person to hospital atleast, if he doesn't use a gun. That is also one of the reasons why Cossack never called his victim by his name.

Aaahh.... finally someone who can read... thank you!
Excuse me, but everyone hear can read. Just because we don't agree with your opinions doesn't make us unintelligent. In fact, calling someone else unintelligent is really just an insult to yourself, on many levels.
But I don't want this to turn into an argument, so once again, could you please refrain from posting rude comments.
As I said, the stressors are different for going into space (which Shadow Dragon and I said was more of a fear than anything) than the ones that are induced when handling a firearm.

Kingofjapan, I don't think AB wants to insult you with this argument, I just think he means that he's glad that someone understands the way he's thinking about this.

Perhaps you never meant any offence, but your words weren't suggesting so. I would advise a better selection of words next time, or you could be mis-interpreted.

Yes, well everytime someone says that (at least here) it effectively means calling them unintelligent, so next time say "Finally someone who understands me" instead of "Finally someone who can read".

I really don't see how that phrase relates to the topic at hand.
Truthfully, you should have thought out the consequences of your actions before you posted that. You should have known that anyone could have taken it the way I did, which is the way that most people would take it.

Haha... that is the thing about messageboards. Anything anyone writes can be miss interpreted!
I mean I could find your message both very rude, and also very logical. That is the way things work I am afraid!
Which is exactly my point. As I stated above, you should think about he consequences of your actions before you post them. Also, I believe you are over exxaggerating about "anything anyone writes can be miss interpreted" because we both know that is not true.
But I also believed this has turned into more of an argument than a logical discussion, and that we have strayed off topic.

Haha, thanks...
But I do believe we have talked about that before.
As a fourteen year old boy, despite what he has been through (and what was also proved in Scorpia) Alex can't handle the intentional killing of someone.

Unfortunately, you have failed to give us an evidence about that 'maybe'. I believe if you could tell us what that 'something else' was, we could understand your point more easily.

That didn't make much sense. We're not against everything you say, but you've seemed to turn this into some kind of war between you and I, and now you're accusing Shadow Dragon of picking sides, and he just happens to agree with me on this subject, and maybe he has a point as well.
I've been in war, and I've killed. Even with what Alex has been through, he can't handle intentionally killing someone, especially with a gun, which represents the ultimate killing, in cold blood or not.
Also, he can't decide for himself if you don't give us any evidence that it is something else. You can't expect us to do all of your work for you. If you want to suggest something, you have to have evidence prepared. You can't just say something and not justify it, and then say that we need to think about what it is, when we aren't even agreeing with you on it.

The only reason I said that is because I know what it's like to kill, and I know that Alex can't handle it.
Okay, I get what you are saying now.
But do you have any ideas as to what may have been the cause if that wasn't the reason why he couldn't kill?

Very well Alex Bond. Since you seem so eager about proving yourself right, or proving us wrong I shall ask you one simple question. Would you have killed anyone in the situation Alex was? Please don't just say yes, state the reason and think carefully about it.
