Very well Alex Bond. Since you seem so eager about proving yourself right, or proving us wrong I shall ask you one simple question. Would you have killed anyone in the situation Alex was? Please don't just say yes, state the reason and think carefully about it.
I don't think AB is the only one who's eager to prove himself right...

(possible spoiler) I'm not sure how you mean kill but my guess is this. Alex probably can kill. But if he doesn't have to he won't. In Eagle Strike he could have killed Yassen Gregorovitch with his own gun. But he didn't Yassen died in the plane. He didn't kill whoever was watching the bull fight. just injured him to get away. Alex will not kill no matter what would happen. The characters die by their own hand. Avoiding death has shown how precious it has become. He would not put others in that position no matter if he would like to.

I guess he thinks that if he intentionally kills someone he would be just as bad as them, and he wants to be the good guy.

Why do you thyink that Alex isn't up to shooting anyone?? and do you think that Alex will in the Future?
oh but hes as tried he trie killing grief but the gun locked up every book he asks for a gun but they never give him the chance. now in scorpia he most likely realized that they only kill for money and his mind would not allow him to kill innocent people. But he always ask for a gun to protect himself so if hes really threatened i bet he would kill someone

Fiirst of all the M16 won't give Alex a gun, also Alex is young and he won't be able to live with the guilt of killing someone.

That is apparently right. I would also add to that Alex's ultimate instinct of survival hasn't matured enough yet so even though he can beat anyone who comes in his way and even cheat in a fight, he still hasn't matured enough to kill someone in such a cold way as gun. Perhpas if he was to kill someone ina hand-to-hand combat, he might have done it but using a gun is probably not the way to kill for Alex.

well, i mean, alex never wanted to be an agent in the first place, let alone shoot someone for MI6! Still, i think that he might end up shooting someone. I mean, remember in skeleton key when he was holding yassen's gun?

you know, we've been saying the same thing for 18 pages. So why don't we just find AH's email and ask him??? (well, he's probably reading this right now anyway, lol!)
