Who would I be... If I'd never met Alex Rider?

« Reply #195 on: November 09, 2011, 05:10:21 PM »

kk cool, I don't think even the Alex Rider wiki knows his middle name! If you wanna say his full name just say: Alexander Rider.
And Ash was a bad guy because he hated MI6 after they put him on desk duty- even though he got that stomach problem. He went to Scorpia after Mdina.

WHY WAS ASH A BAD GUY?!!! SPOILER! ( If you haven't read Snakehead, which I think if you did you wouldn't be asking that question because it's kind of obvious. But I also feel the need to vent.)

OK, Ash is a bad guy because he killed Alex's parents in order to become part of Scorpia, therefore getting back at Alan for making him have a desk job after his first mission which failed. Ash put a bomb on the plane that would take John Rider and Helen Rider to France in order to escape MI6. There, know you know. I really hope you read snakehead first because that was a huge spoiler. Also I will leave a link to an extra chapter in Snakehead which should describe it in detail.

Oh! I just found out through a Fanfic website that Alex's full name is:

Alexander Johnathan Rider!!!

And I don't think this was made up; loads of people use that as his full name

Really? Cool. Kind of typical though, because it's after his father.

I dunno - AH probably didn't even think of a full name for him, as it wasn't that much of an important detail at all.

Still a good name, though, isn't it. I mean, Alexander J Rider... It sounds better than, say, Alexander B Rider

Yeah, but lemme think up a name... ummm...    Tom Benjamin Saunders.
When friends were being joke-angry, they might go 'Thomas Saunders!'
But when, say, his Mum was REALLY REALLY cross, she might go 'Thomas Benjamin Saunders!!!'

Well, if I might Tom Saunders isn't the first name I think of and go "TEENAGE SPY!" But anyway, I don't really care what Alex's middle name is, as long as his first is Alex and his last is Rider.
