I beleive Anthony tried to make Yassen Grenovich mysterious, that's why he spoke so little. I'd kind of refer to Yassen as Alex's sort-of, god-father. He seems to be always watching over Alex, and seems to have emotion for him. (Perhaps due to the fact of his relationship with John Rider?)

I dont know maybe monsterrobo9 is saying that he should have had more lines in the stormbreaker movie so that people would want to see him in the next movie if they are making it. Hope that explained it!! I tried.
