Season 4 in the US

Has anyone heard rumors of when season 4 will be showing on PBS?  They don't even have it on their listing of scheduled shows.  I'm hoping it's after the Detective Linley series.

The latest from PBS is that FW4 & 5 will be shown in the US summer, 2007.

I am a big fan of Foyle's War. I think it is so unfair that Europe has had the opportunity to see Season 4, and here us Yanks sit waitin and waitin for what. PBS to get it together, Come on. I feel like I'm waiting for a Harry Potter book to be released, when in reality it already has been.  I own the first 3 seasons on DVD, and have looked at buying Season 4, however I've been warned that the U.K. DVDs won't work in the United States.

Can AH Admin do anything to speed up the PBS connection?  Good Grief. One can only see so many reruns. I've started speaking the lines of some of the characters.  ITS TIME FOR AN INVASION OF FOYLE'S WAR to the good ole USA.

Region 2 dvds will work in the US if you have a region-free dvd player.

Thank you for all your support in making Foyle's War a success. I'm afraid that there is nothing that we can do to speed up the airing of episodes, it is entirely down to the broadcaster to chose when they put shows in the schedule. You can look at the www.acornmedia.com site for sales in both the US and UK. Hope this helps.
