let me say it like this:  personally i think that alex rider is the least good of all of his books....and the po5...well i suppose you mean the rewrite...ther original so far seems better

Hi, first post here ... I have to say first that I never read AR and all the new books of AH, I was already too old ( sigh ... should'nt have grown up  cry) but my fav books ever would still be Groosham Grange, Retourn to Groosham Grange, and the first serie he does ( including The Silver Citadel, a masterpiece ).

Sorry If I made mistakes ( I'm french ).

Even if you're older, you can still very much enjoy the other AH books, I know I do!

Well, I've tried to read the first Alex Rider but I wasn't really excited ... I've turned to another litterature now, maybe because of my studies, or because of my work, so the childhood magic may have gone away ... But I still keep a really good memory of my reading of AH ... they still influence my work  wink

I must admit that AR does not have the same ring to it as other works of AH.  Have you tried his books for adults yet?

I'm not sure, but I think they aren't traducted in french yet ... I saw The Killing Joke in english version on a bookshop online store but I don't know if I'm enough good in english to read it :s
