Back on Topic! What parts do other people like? Please keep the stormbreaker film chat in the stormbreaker film topic. It's bad enough we have to wait an extra couple of months, we don't have to be reminded every 5 posts

i just love it when sarov goes all affectionate over alex because he reminds sarov of his son...it's the right hint of craziness and yet a glimpse of intelligence

the cribber part so far is the best (i'm only at the part when he gets into the trunk to get out of the plantation) I thought the part with Alex getting back onto the boat and the guy dead (the driver whose name waaaas________________) was a little expected and cliche...no offense. I mean, it fit perfectly, but it's not like it hasn't been done before.
It was kinda creepy with Sarov, you know? The way he's all "You shall now be my son or die" (you know what i mean. he doesn't actually say that)

I find that the villains in the series always have a plausible reason for what they're doing...to some extend... I mean, of course they take it too far...but from their point of view it always seems logical

And the villians always have the assistants - most of the time.

I mean, of course they take it too far...but from their point of view it always seems logical I know. That's what makes AH books great: They make sense. It could actually happen! (well, most of the stuff anyways!)
