Alex's dad and his Uncle killed people for money too.  but you probably wouldn't consider them villains.  but whatever he's not an antagonist in the story like villains are

I know how it'll happen!  his clone-double person from Point Blank (or Blanc if you aren't American  wink ) is going to come back and he really didn't die at the school but limped away into secrecy where he was taken care of by an elderly woman with 27 cats.  After he was nursed back to health by her she taught him to be kind and how to bake delicious blueberry muffins, so he decided to turn away from his days of evil.  He then stayed with the elderly woman, named Agatha, for the next few months until she fell ill and died of tuberculosis.  In her will she left everything to the boy and his new guardian, (which she had appointed) Yassen Gregorovitch.  Wether it was sheer coincidence, fate, or even an elaborate plan that brought him to the doorstep of Yassen's Grandmother, the boy may never know, but one thing is for certain: Agatha Gregorovitch left her mark of kindness upon him and he would never be the same.  Then, Yassen and Alex[clone] go out and do their final missions and Alex[clone] is tricked by Yassen to be used in Alex's place as a way to remove Alex from the spy world forever.  Yassen gets inside information that an assassin was recently hired to impose as a pastry chef and switch the candles on Alex's birthday cake.  So Yassen tells Alex[clone] to pretend to be alex.  He warns him to make sure that he lights his own candles away from everyone else and that "its a tradition that Alex always does."  So Alex[clone] obeys and then plan works perfectly; Yassen kidnaps Alex on the morning of his birthday while Jack is away(picking up the cake) and Alex[clone] is soon in his place.  As the day unfolds Alex[clone] receives Alex's presents, is greeted by Alex's friends, and finally he gets his hands on Alex's birthday cake.  He sneaks away from the guests and goes into the kitchen and grabs some matches from the corner drawer, just where Yassen said they'd be.  He takes them out and lights the first candle.  But as he goes to light the second he notices something strange about them, they all say "SURPRISE!" along the side of them.  And then, just as his brain starts to register these words the look of surprise appears on his face, his face is wiped away forever by the exploding birthday cake.  Everyone else came rushing into the destroyed kitchen, ignoring their minor injuries, to see the mangled body of Alex Rider.  *meanwhile* Alex and Yassen are nearly halfway around the world in a private jet.  Their destination is a secret, as are their new identities.  Alex is still doleful, but he doesn't resist his journey because he knows it is the only way to keep those he loves safe.  As he looks out the window he hopes that maybe one day, many years from now, he can reassume his own identity and live a life with them again.
You made me understand that I hate Yassen and he deserved what he got.

Haha wow I got a little carried away there... cheesy grin
Uh, this a little bit random and if you've read the first chapter of Scorpia Rising you'll know this will never happen. But still it's funny to read, you'd be good at writing fanfics wink

I meant that it would be unlikely to have both your theory (i couldn't think of anther word) and the plot that was discussed in SR chapter one in the same book. Am i helping or is that more confusing?

More than half the theories that have come up in discussions about Scorpia Rising could never be used in a book!
