they didn't kill him they locked him away. there is a huge difference. and to answer your quewstion on why tehy are back TO DESTROY THE WORLD AND EVERYTHING THAT LIVES IN IT. i would have thought that both of those were obvious

i know the second bit but what i am asking is HOW are they back, i thought the humans killed the condor aswell, why is it back?
