I still dont see them fighting with modern weapons like bombs and stuff. When i think of them fighting the old ones the have things like swords and axes and stuff. I highly doubt atomic bombs will be used.

pre-medieval? you want them hacking at them with Iron? Iron shatters, very brittle material. give em steel at least.

Did I say there wasn't? I just went with the most advanced metal. . . though if i rememebr correctly and i think i don't Frost was a steel sword.

Timeline doesn't exactly follow ours.
I was orginally going to suggest rock, then bronze. . . decided not to though. And i can't see hacking at the armoured old ones with glass working either . . .
