there's something i don't get:

In Stormbreaker, it describes all the hidden cameras in the elevator. But when he breaks in Scorpia, he goes up the elevator without anything bad happening!!!!!!!

the hidden cameras are in the elevator at the MI6. Alex breaks into Mrs Jones apartment and there is not any cameras in the elevator at her building because there is a metal detector and MI6 personnel acting as doormen.

Alex is in disguise when he enters the building and so are his weapons the MI6 guys at the front desk give him back his pizza delivery bag and coke after he passes through the metal detector. The front desk agents gave him authorisation to go to one floor and they could see the display panel showing which floor the elevator goes to from the desk but Alex had a magnetic plate which disguised the real destination of the elevator which got him to Mrs Jones Floor. Once there he knocked the front door guard out with a stun dart then used explosives to get into the apartment.

Maybe everyone had the cameras focused inside Mrs. Jones' room...after all... How did the agents be at the scene just a few seconds after the alarm rang?

I think that's because they were growing suspicious that Alex hadn't returned from delivering the pizza. So they went up to check and then the alarm went off. Basically they were headed to Mrs. Jones' flat anyway then Alarm went off when they were almost outside her room.
